URGED is an international brutal death metal band hailing from Indonesia, Thailand, and Laos. Their debut studio album, titled "Elimination Of The Symbolic", features nine tracks with a total runtime of 28 minutes and 26 seconds, and was released on May 12, 2021. The album showcases the talents of guitarist and bassist Januaryo "Ryo" Hardy, who is also a member of Perverted Dexterity, Omnivorous, and Cadavoracity; vocalist Polwach Beokhaimook, known for his work with Ecchymosis, Cadavoracity, and Biomorphic Engulfment; and drummer Vilikone "Peter" Sengvixay, who plays in Dissevered and Perpetual Gestation. The cover art for the album was created by Guang Yang, a Chinese visual artist recognized for his contributions to album artwork for bands such as Maggot Colony, Facelift Doformation, Inherit Disease, and Putridity.
