"Hemasanctum" by THE MOSAIC WINDOW is a concept album about life, family, and loss. It begins with birth and ends with death, while the songs in between reflect the chaos and unpredictability of life. The album touches on themes like self-awareness, mental health, abortion, religion, and grief. For the first time, Andrew worked with a real drummer, Gabe Seeber, known for his work with Abigail Williams, Vale of Pnath, Obscura, Decrepit Birth, and Carach Angren. His playing added raw power and intensity. Two guest solos from Andy LaRocque, one of his all-time favorite guitarists, made this record even more special. Hemasanctum is dark, heavy, and deeply personal.
