PERPETUAL GESTATION is a brutal death metal band hailing from Laos and Spain. Their debut studio album, titled "Excremental Uremic Fragrance", features eight tracks with a total runtime of 22 minutes and 27 seconds. It was released on November 26, 2020. The album's lineup includes guitarist and bassist Oscar Ortega, who is also associated with bands such as Molecular Fragmentation, Esophageal, Tomb, Unethical Human Experiments, Induced, Scatology Secretion, Ergosphere, Tortured, Septycemia, and is a former member of Fixation On Suffering. The vocal duties are handled by Anouvong Phengkhay, while the drumming is performed by Vilikone Sengvixay, both of whom are also part of the band Dissevered. The cover art for the album was created by Chilean graphic artist David Jorquera.
